I’ve always been a mixture of creativity and logic. Growing up, I enjoyed expressing myself creatively through acting, art, and photography. On the other hand, I thrived thinking analytically when it came to academics. I wanted to be able to continue to use my creativity and analytical thinking skills in my future career. I decided to pursue a Marketing degree at The University of Maine. I fell in love with it right away. It was the perfect combination of research and creative thinking, and I absorbed every marketing class. I was drawn to the science behind it and the importance of positive leadership within a company. This fascination is what led me to add another major in Management and a minor in Psychology to my Marketing degree.
After graduation, I went on to complete a management internship with Walgreens, which was filled with travel, business management, customer service, and leadership opportunities. It was an incredible experience, but I wanted to expand more on the marketing side of my degree.
In the summer of 2016, I joined the Rinck team (for the first time!) as an intern. I learned the ropes and fell in love with agency life. That’s when I knew for certain that I wanted to join an agency. I loved being able to work on a variety of projects with others that were just as passionate and excited about marketing as I was. I was challenged and given so many opportunities to learn and get a feel for various departments.

After my internship ended, I joined another Maine agency as a Marketing Strategist and Advertising Analyst. In the 4 years I worked there, I added to my skills in content creation, social strategy, and SEO for a wide variety of clients across the country. I worked remotely which turned out to be amazing practice for what was to come…
Once COVID hit I started a new job working for Benjamin Walk, a special occasion footwear company as a Marketing and Sales Coordinator. I built my photography, customer service, and sales skills in this role. I enjoyed the creative freedom and the ability to form my own work priorities, but I missed the collaboration of agency life and the analytical side of marketing. I started looking for a job that melded both aspects of marketing.
In late 2021 my journey came full circle when I rejoined the Rinck team as a Content Marketing Coordinator and Producer. My career journey back to Rinck may have been full of twists and turns along the way but when the timing is right, it’s right! So far, I’ve helped build content calendars for some awesome clients that even featured my adorable dachshund, Douglas. I’ve dipped my toes in the influencer marketing department and can’t wait for more! I’m honored to be back, and even though things may look a little different since my internship, I’m excited for the road ahead and thankful for the road that has led me here.
