A New England based brand is hitting the road for a high-energy sampling tour across the Northeast, and we’re looking for a Tour Manager to lead the charge. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on the road, enjoys leading teams, and knows how to bring a brand to life through memorable, well-executed events. You’ll be responsible for managing day-to-day tour operations, leading Brand Ambassadors, and ensuring every stop delivers an outstanding consumer experience. In addition, this role will serve as a key client-facing lead on the ground, working closely with the corporate team, agency partners, and local franchise teams (including baristas) for each tour stop. The Tour Manager will be responsible for fostering positive relationships, ensuring alignment with brand standards, and creating a seamless, engaging experience for franchise stakeholders. This includes identifying “surprise & delight” sampling opportunities on off-event days to further engage communities and extend the reach of the tour.
If you’re organized, hands-on, and energized by experiential marketing, while also confident in managing client and franchise relationships—this is your opportunity to take the lead on a fast-paced regional tour.
