We're looking for a Social Media Manager

Location: Remote, but must be based in one of the following states: ME, MD, IL, SD

Are you a social media wizard who lives and breathes content creation, community building, and digital storytelling? Do you have a flair for designing content that not only looks great but also drives results? If you’re ready to lead the charge in transforming client brands and building authentic connections with audiences, we want you on our team!

About Us:
At Rinck Advertising, we believe in delivering impactful, high-quality results for our clients while fostering a collaborative and creative environment for our team. We are looking for an experienced and driven Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment and has a passion for seeing projects through from concept to completion. If you’re organized, goal-oriented, and ready to make an impact, this might be the perfect role for you!

Expectations

As our Social Media Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of creating and executing content strategies that amplify our clients’ brands.

From image and video creation to content calendars, ad development, and social media experiments (aka marketing R&D), you’ll wear many hats and have a blast while doing it! You’ll be the mastermind behind content programs that generate buzz, grow followings, and foster loyal brand relationships across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

Strategize & Create: Develop comprehensive content strategies and build engaging assets (images, videos, blogs) using tools like Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, etc.) or other platforms like Canva.

Content Management: Plan, execute, and manage content calendars with creative strategy, copy, and campaign ideas from scratch.

Experiment & Innovate: Experiment with new social media tactics and platforms to stay ahead of trends (we love a little marketing R&D!).

Performance Tracking: Use tools like UTM codes and custom links to measure and report the impact of social media content, ensuring we’re maximizing results.

Collaborate & Educate: Work closely with our client service teams, PR, and influencer marketing groups to make sure every campaign is cohesive and integrates seamlessly with the brand.

Ad Strategy: Collaborate with the digital team to create and optimize paid social strategies.

Results-Driven: Provide regular reports and actionable insights to clients to highlight the value and ROI of social media activations.

Education + Experience

3-5 years in content marketing, advertising, or a related field. A bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field is preferred.

You know how to create content that tells a compelling story and gets people talking. Writing in different brand voices is your jam, and you thrive on thinking outside the box.

If you’ve got a Meta Certified Community Manager or Digital Marketing Associate certification, we’d love that, but it’s not a dealbreaker!
