Rinck Advertising has earned two Gold Davey Awards for the “Why So Dry?” campaign for Vaseline Lip Therapy. Recognized for its excellence in the Campaign & Series category, “Why So Dry” showcases Rinck’s expertise in blending experiential marketing and video content to deliver unforgettable brand moments.

Taking Storytelling to New Heights 
Using their proprietary Brand Touch® method, Rinck brought this award-winning campaign to life at 13,000 feet, engaging extreme sports enthusiasts with interactive, content-rich experiences during X Games weekend. For two days, Rinck set up in Gondola Plaza, where constant foot traffic created the perfect opportunity to distribute over 15,000 samples of Vaseline Lip Therapy sticks in four flavors—Original, Cocoa Butter, Aloe, and Rosy Lips. The team conducted on-the-slopes interviews with skiers and snowboarders, capturing witty, authentic reactions and showcasing the product’s 48-hour moisture benefits. By embracing winter’s brutal challenges, from icy winds to frigid temperatures, the campaign resonated with audiences both on the slopes and online, proving that Vaseline Lip Therapy is the ultimate solution for battling dryness. The campaign will launch this winter.
