LEWISTON, Maine – Janelle LoSciuto was recently hired by Rinck Advertising as a public relations manager. LoSciuto brings a dozen years of professional experience in communications, community relations, development, and nonprofit leadership to Rinck, a full-service marketing and advertising agency.

LoSciuto most recently was founder and owner of VIBRANT Communication Strategies in Westbrook. She helped clients with integrated communications from branding to strategy and social and digital communications. LoSciuto was previously executive director at the Arts & Cultural Alliance of Freeport. She led the board in the nonprofit’s capital campaign for a new arts facility in Freeport, attracted more than 200 new donors, and created a brand identity for the organization.

At Rinck, LoSciuto’s role will include managing public relations services such as brand strategy, media relations, thought leadership, content development and crisis communications for a wide range of clients in biotechnology, consumer packaged goods, healthcare and other industries.

LoSciuto has also been director of development for the Network for Regional Healthcare Improvement, and she held the roles of interim executive director, senior director of development, and community director at the Maine chapter of the March of Dimes during a seven-year tenure with the nonprofit.

LoSciuto earned a bachelor’s degree in Music Performance from the University of Southern Maine and has a master’s degree in Arts, Entertainment and Media Management from Full Sail University. She lives in Westbrook with her husband and their two children.
