LEWISTON, Maine – Rinck Advertising recently promoted Heather Cyr to Director of Project Management. She joined Rinck in 2015 as an Account Manager, moving to the Project Management Department in 2018 after she played a critical role in developing a new AM-PM model for the Account Services department. In her new role, in addition to servicing her clients, she will also oversee Rinck’s Project Manager team, providing mentorship and guidance to a group of motivated professionals. She also will serve as a member of the agency’s Executive Committee, helping to guide the future of the agency.
Rinck utilizes a dynamic agency structure in which each client is assigned a team with an Account Manager, who manages the client relationship, and a Project Manager, who manages the day-to-day communication and organization and updates the client as well as the internal Rinck departments on planning and timing of campaigns.
“I love working with both the external contacts and internal teams in each department to ensure positive client outcomes and the success of Rinck. I am excited to take on this new role to work more closely with each Project Manager,” Cyr stated.
Cyr works with agency clients that include VetriScience, Pet Naturals, E-Cloth, and Howard Community College among others.
“Heather has been instrumental in the creation and deployment of an entirely new department, defining new processes to increase the value of the services we provide to our clients,” states Peter Rinck, CEO of Rinck. “This has been an enormously complex job and her contributions have been valued across the company.”
Cyr, who resides in Durham with her family, is a 2006 graduate of Quinnipiac University’s School of Communications.
