It was time for a brand refresh for one of the largest gatherings of the North American Intermodal community.
The IANA Intermodal EXPO is their largest event of the year. Beyond that, it’s one of the largest gatherings of the North American Intermodal community. The challenge was to ensure clear linkage between IANA and the Intermodal Expo.
First, identify limitations and gaps of the current logo guidelines, then seek opportunities to adapt to the modern digital printing demands. From there, develop a logo intended to complement the current IANA branding.
Modernize the logo to adapt to the different proportional usages, while also making the IANA branding more prominent. A new chevron visual element exemplified the forward movement of the association and the show itself.
A modern and updated logo that clearly communicates IANA's branding and ownership of the show. A new vertical version of the logo that has traditionally been very horizontal.
