Rinck Advertising Hires Eight Across Maine and Beyond

LEWISTON, Maine – Rinck Advertising (Rinck) recently made eight new hires. Although staff has been working remotely since 2020, the full-service marketing agency has offices in Lewiston, Maine, and Annapolis, Maryland, and conducted the interview process online. The new hires include Libby Belanger as project coordinator, Adrian Bouthot as project manager, Riley Counihan as digital media coordinator, Dane Johnson as web developer, Anna McDermott as public relations manager, Jordan Noeding as digital project planner, Andrea Savignano as studio project manager, and Lauren Selwood as content producer.

To have expanded our team and onboarded eight new team members – especially in the midst of a pandemic – speaks to our team’s creativity and flexibility,” said Laura Rinck, president of Rinck. “We’re delighted to have identified these top-notch employees throughout Maine and beyond who have embraced our approach to virtual collaboration.” 

 Belanger works closely with Rinck’s healthcare and public health accounts. She previously was a marketing and event coordinator at Kardex Remstar. She resides in Norway, Maine and has a bachelor’s degree in tourism management and marketing from Plymouth State University. 

 Bouthot provides project management for Rinck’s Unilever International clients and others. He formerly held marketing and sales management roles with Grove Collaborative in Maine and Match MG in Colorado. He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from St. Lawrence University and lives in Brunswick, Maine.  

 Counihan joins Rinck’s digital media team. She previously worked as a social media assistant at Shedd Aquarium in Chicago. She is a graduate of Loyola University Chicago with a bachelor’s degree in business administration in marketing. Counihan lives in Chicago and is a native of Wenham, Massachusetts. 

 Johnson works in collaboration with the creative team to develop and maintain client sites and is training in iOS development. He is a graduate of Husson University and previously worked as an application developer intern for Husson. Johnson lives in Bangor, Maine. 

 McDermott joins Rinck’s public relations team with a focus on integrated public relations, influencer outreach and content marketing. She was previously a content creator with Marshall Communications in Maine. McDermott graduated from the University of Southern Maine with a bachelor’s degree in communications. She lives in Virginia and is a Maine native. 

 Noeding is a project manager with the Rinck digital team, as well as providing UX/UI design support. She formerly worked as a UX/UI software designer for Mitrend in Massachusetts. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design from Keene State College and lives in Norway, Maine.  

 Savignano returns to Rinck having previously served as a project manager. In her new role, Savignano supports the Public Relations, Influencer Marketing and Content studio team as the studio project manager. She was most recently marketing and communications manager at Hebron Academy and lives in Greenwood, Maine.   

 Selwood will create content for a variety of Rinck’s clients. Formerly, she held marketing and sales roles for Benjamin Walk and Dream Local and an internship at Rinck. She has a degree in marketing and management with a psychology minor from The University of Maine and lives in Wells.
