Rinck Runs on Dunkin’

Every agency has THAT list. You know, the one where you write down your dream clients (side note: all of our clients are a dream) and hang it on the wall as a reminder to kick ass. As a Maine agency, Dunkin’ has always been on that list. So, when we got the call that Dunkin’ was going out to RFP earlier this year, we lost our minds… in the best way.

Let me paint the scene: we went old-school agency war room. Papers, flying. Taglines, shouting. Box o’ Joe, flowing. Donuts, everywhere. In our sugar/coffee induced high we put together a pitch we couldn’t be prouder of and the team went out to present our ideas in both Hartford, Connecticut and Portsmouth, New Hampshire.

We waited. We drank coffee. We ate WAY too many donuts. And when we got the call back in late March that we were chosen to partner with Dunkin’ after a competitive agency review, we were over the moon. It’s a really good day in the agency world when you get feedback like this; “I am excited to work with Rinck moving forward for the Maine market,” said Maine Dunkin’ Franchisee Kim Wolak. “They truly blew me away with their energy and creativity during the agency review. Their level of thoughtfulness and unique perspective is exactly what we need going forward.”

We are so excited to leverage our Quick Service Restaurant experience to manage strategic public relations and social media, product promotions, restaurant grand openings, and local store marketing for more than 200 franchisee-owned Dunkin’ locations in Maine, Vermont, and parts of New Hampshire and New York! Laura Rinck said it best; “Rinck is absolutely delighted to be named Dunkin’s PR Agency of Record for Maine and Vermont. Dunkin’ is a classic American brand rooted right here in New England.
