Chief Operating Officer/Vice President of Account Service
Kathleen serves as Chief Operating Officer and Director of Account Service at Rinck and has a unique approach to her position as she once sat in the seat of a client. She brings with her deep brand strategy experience from both the nonprofit and corporate worlds of marketing and advertising and manages all facets of her clients’ accounts with the highest level of professionalism and client expertise.
Throughout her career, Kathleen has worked in various facets of advertising from account planning and graphic design to account service, budget development, media planning and public relations. This experience helps her communicate clearly with both her clients and the creative team. Kathleen is committed to keeping her clients at the forefront of her work and works to creatively integrate marketing initiatives into their strategic plans. She has worked with clients in numerous fields including national, regional and local finance, higher education, healthcare, housing, transportation and consumer packaged goods.
Kathleen is lead strategist and account planner for the agency’s transportation accounts including Northern New England Passenger Rail Authority as well as Parson's Brinkerhoff. Her work for the Amtrak Downeaster has earned multiple awards including a national W3 Award. More importantly, ridership on the train continues to grow year over year, increasing over 11% since the beginning of Rinck’s partnership with the Downeaster.
She has also been called "Superwoman" by her husband and all who know her because she manages to balance it all – her career, two beautiful daughters and long distance running that pretty much amounts to a part-time job.
